By Bob Dougherty
I know who I am but not who others see
I know my world lives within me
I know I will know things I do not know
I know I have known and forgotten
I know I will go where I have not gone
I know I can travel without moving
I know my senses bring me my world
I know I know with more than my senses
I know I am more than what I know
I know what I know changes with time
I know knowledge alone is not life
I know life without knowledge has no soul
I know knowledge is best when shared
I know shared knowledge will grow
I know what I know contains untruths
I know that truths are imperfect
I know all knowledge is more than I know
I know when I’m gone I will not know
Though I know all I know will go on
I know who I am but not who others see
I know my world lives within me
I know I will know things I do not know
I know I have known and forgotten
I know I will go where I have not gone
I know I can travel without moving
I know my senses bring me my world
I know I know with more than my senses
I know I am more than what I know
I know what I know changes with time
I know knowledge alone is not life
I know life without knowledge has no soul
I know knowledge is best when shared
I know shared knowledge will grow
I know what I know contains untruths
I know that truths are imperfect
I know all knowledge is more than I know
I know when I’m gone I will not know
Though I know all I know will go on
